About the Founder
Free Pro Tool was created by Laramie Williamson, a software developer focused on building practical web applications and solving everyday workflow problems.
The project started after repeatedly running into online tools that were either locked behind subscriptions, cluttered with ads, missing useful features, or simply didn't work well. Rather than continue searching for better solutions, I began building my own.
Many of the tools on this site exist because they solved a problem I personally encountered while working with SVG files, spreadsheets, data processing, web development, automation, and content creation. Others were inspired by user suggestions and common frustrations that existing tools didn't address.
Free Pro Tool is an ongoing project. New tools, improvements, and features are added regularly with a focus on usefulness, simplicity, and reliability.
